Amateur frequency use

Cute-1.7 + APD is an amateur satellite and uses amateur frequency. Anyone can listen its signals.

CW telemetry

CW telemety format.

Information

Frequency and protocol are as shown in the followings.

Downlink (beacon)	437.385MHz	CW	Morse	any time
Downlink (Packet)	437.505MHz	AFSK 1200bps / GMSK 9600bps	AX.25/SRLL	Currently only over Japan
Uplink (Digipeater)	1268.5MHz	GMSK 9600bps	AX.25/SRLL	Currently only over Japan

• CW beacon: Cute-1.7 + APD transmits CW beacon at any time to acquire satellite health information
• FM Packet: Packet downlink start in reply to transmit command from operation center at Tokyo Tech or Amateur stations around the world. This packet includes mission data, images taken by satellite, and amateur digipeater messages.
• Digipeater Uplink: When Cute-1.7 + APD is working in Digipeater mode, Satellite accept amateur messages uploaded using this frequency.
